David's continued drive for excellence and quality can be traced to his background as an industrial engineer for industry giants Texas Instruments and Martin Marietta, where precision, cost savings and efficiency were paramount. At Martin Marietta, David was involved in the manufacturing of the highly successful Patriot Missle and Launcher, which was formally unveiled during the Persian Gulf War. As an engineer with the defense giant, David was nominated for Martin's "Top 100" honor roll for outstanding achievement and contribution.

Terri Rauh, David's wife, is an integral part of the team and has played a major role in the company's growth and success. She has provided the merchandising and finishing expertise that has contributed to their remarkable sales. Terri also handles the office operations and accounting.
